N-K Manufacturing Technologies, LLC, a family-run company from Grand Rapids, Michigan purchases Caldwell Gasket and assets of Caldwell Industries. The injection molding and extrusion portion of Caldwell Industries becomes part of N-K. Caldwell Gasket becomes N-K Sealing Technologies, doing business as Caldwell Gasket.
